Stores & Logistics Personnel

Job Purpose:
To support the efficient operation of the Aircraft Engine Repair Centre Stores by ensuring proper receipt, inspection, storage, control, and distribution of aircraft engine parts and materials in compliance with applicable aviation regulatory requirements, including EASA, FAA, and GCAA standards.


Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect incoming aircraft engine components, materials, and tooling in accordance with company procedures and aviation regulatory requirements.

  • Verify accompanying documentation, including Authorized Release Certificates (e.g., EASA Form 1 / FAA 8130-3), and ensure full traceability.

  • Ensure proper storage, identification, and preservation of aviation parts in compliance with airworthiness and quality standards.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/MRO system to ensure part traceability and batch control.

  • Issue components and consumables to production, maintenance, and repair teams as required.

  • Prepare and coordinate shipments of parts and components, including export/import documentation where applicable.

  • Support stock control activities, including cycle counts, shelf-life monitoring, and inventory audits.

  • Ensure segregation and proper control of serviceable, unserviceable, and quarantine parts.

  • Maintain store organization in accordance with aviation quality and safety procedures.

  • Assist in internal and external audits related to Part 145 / aviation regulatory compliance.

 


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Aviation Management, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in aviation stores, MRO logistics, or technical warehouse operations.

  • Familiarity with aviation documentation, including EASA Form 1, FAA 8130-3, COC, and traceability records, is preferred.

  • Experience working with ERP or MRO inventory systems.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage controlled documentation.

  • Good English communication skills.

 


Preferred:

  • Experience in an Aircraft Engine MRO facility.

  • Knowledge of EASA Part-145 / GCAA CAR-145 stores requirements.

  • Forklift or warehouse equipment certification.
