Engineering & Technical Planning Manager

Role Purpose

This role oversees the full engineering and planning lifecycle, encompassing engine induction, workscope development, production planning, module build control, materials readiness, documentation, and regulatory compliance. You will drive technical accuracy, turnaround time (TAT), and operational performance for engines across our portfolio (CFM56, V2500, Trent, and others).

 


 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead engineering oversight for teardown, workscope definition, module build, and technical approvals
  •  Develop resource-loaded plans, manage production scheduling, and drive TAT performance
  • Oversee SB/AD compliance, LLP tracking, and full technical records accuracy
  • Coordinate materials, vendor repair services, and critical-path items
  • Interface with customers, OEM reps, and internal stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and process optimization

 


 

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 7–15 years in commercial engine MRO (CFM56 / V2500 / Trent preferred)
  • Strong engineering foundation—AMM/CMM/SB/AD knowledge
  • Proven track record in maintenance planning or engineering management
  • Deep understanding of regulatory standards (EASA/FAA/GCAA).
