Role Purpose
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on HR experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with HR systems, including ERP and related processes.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, onboarding, and offboarding
Support recruitment activities such as screening, interviews, and coordination
Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and internal procedures
Maintain and update HR data accurately using ERP/HR systems
Assist in payroll coordination, leave management, and benefits administration
Support performance management and employee relations initiatives
Prepare HR reports and documentation as required
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
3 to 5 years of proven experience as an HR Officer or in a similar HR role
Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a strong asset
Hands-on experience with HR systems/ERP platforms
Strong organisational skills with close attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
