HR Officer

Role Purpose

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on HR experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with HR systems, including ERP and related processes.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, onboarding, and offboarding

  • Support recruitment activities such as screening, interviews, and coordination

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and internal procedures

  • Maintain and update HR data accurately using ERP/HR systems

  • Assist in payroll coordination, leave management, and benefits administration

  • Support performance management and employee relations initiatives

  • Prepare HR reports and documentation as required


Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience as an HR Officer or in a similar HR role

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a strong asset

  • Hands-on experience with HR systems/ERP platforms

  • Strong organisational skills with close attention to detail

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
