Technical Sales Specialist

Qualifications:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a background in:

  • Engineering or a related field, experience in Aircraft components sales.
  • Repair management, engine repair, and a proven track record in technical sales.
  • You should possess exceptional communication and organizational skills and be able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • The role will require you to engage with customers to understand their needs and offer customized technical solutions. In addition, you will need to have a comprehensive knowledge of the relevant products and stay up-to-date on new advancements.
  • The ability to build and maintain good relationships with customers, prospects, and stakeholders is essential.
  • You will be expected to travel widely, be comfortable presenting to technical teams and senior decision-makers, and work to exceed targets. Multitasking, working in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote sales to existing clients
  • Find and approach potential clients
  • Assess client’s needs and resources and show how our components or services can satisfy those needs
  • Make and close sales deals
  • Provide input about components or services that must be tailored to suit clients’ needs
  • Estimate costs of installing and maintaining components or services
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts
  • Talk to clients after the sale to solve problems and provide ongoing support
  • Solve technical problems related to the components
  • Maintain and update data about their territories and accounts
  • Train clients’ staff in the operation and maintenance of components
